Roy Baharad is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research focuses on law and economics, with a particular emphasis on private law. His articles in intellectual property, contract law, and insurance law have been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Legal Studies, the Journal of Law and Economics, and the University of Chicago Law Review. He received his doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School, his LL.M. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and his LL.B. and M.A. in economics from Bar-Ilan University.
