Roni Factor received his PhD from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology in 2008. His post-doctoral work was carried out at Harvard University. Roni’s main research focus is the social mechanisms underlying various behaviors and phenomena, among them high-risk and deviant behaviors; traffic violations and road traffic crashes; and public attitudes toward the police and police-community relations -- all with particular attention to disparities across ethnic and racial groups. Another area of interest is the development and exploitation of quantitative research methods.
