Michael W. McConnell is a leading figure in constitutional law, serving as the Richard and Frances Mallery Professor at Stanford Law School and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution. His diverse career spans academia, the judiciary, and public service, including a tenure as a circuit judge on the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from 2002 to 2009. A prolific scholar and accomplished advocate, McConnell has argued numerous cases before the US Supreme Court and authored influential works on constitutional law, with books on executive power and the establishment of religion.
