Professor Jeffrey Wool is a renowned legal scholar and practitioner specializing in transnational commercial law, a topic he has been at the forefront of developing. As the Secretary General of the Aviation Working Group, Wool has played a pivotal role in developing international aviation financing policies and regulations, notably his central involvement in the Cape Town Convention. He is Senior Global Advisor at the law firm of Watson Farley Williams, and has previously been a Partner at several major international law firms. He has had a parallel academic career. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Trinity College Dublin and Senior Academic Fellow at UNIDROIT, an intergovernmental organization.
