Giorgio Sacerdoti is an Emeritus Professor of International Law at Bocconi University in Milan, where he has made significant contributions to the field of international economic law. His esteemed career includes serving as a member of the Appellate Body of the World Trade Organization from 2001 to 2009, including a term as its chairman. Professor Sacerdoti's expertise spans international trade law, foreign investments, and commercial and investment arbitration.
