Malcolm Feeley, the Claire Sanders Clements Professor emeritus at Berkeley Law, is known for his contributions to the fields of law and society. Professor Feeley's research interests encompass judicial policy-making, federalism, and criminal justice, and he has held visiting professorships at prestigious institutions worldwide, including Kobe University, Princeton, and the Hebrew University.
