A lecture by Brian Leiter on Theoretical Disagreement in Law: Another Look
There will be refreshments starting at 10, the talk will start at 10:30, and will conclude with lunch around 1 pm (to which all attending are invited).
Also, a day earlier, on Tuesday the 23rd, at 16:30 (refreshments from 16:00) in room 405 at the Maiersdorf Faculty Club Brian will give a less jurisprudential, more Nietzschean talk, hosted by the philosophy department. The title of that talk is: The Death of god and the Death of Morality.
Naturally, everyone is invited to that talk as well.
