The 2019 Shanghai Ranking is out: The Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University is ranked 36th in the world! The Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University is the only Israeli Faculty ranked in the top 100 institutions, and the first in the world among the law schools whose language of teaching is not English.

The Shanghai Index Ranking examines more than 4000 universities and covers more than 50 subjects across natural sciences, engineering, life sciences, medical sciences, and social sciences. The index gives them grades according to several parameters: number of papers authored in the field, number of papers published in top Journals, citations, International collaborations and award winnings.

The Shanghai Index Ranking is the world's most important university ranking, along with the Times Higher Education World Rankings and the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings.
